Some institute arranges classes on weekend Saturday and Sunday. In mostly organization Sunday is off. So they can easily attend class so distance learning is good for employee. But if we compare it from regular degree course then value of online degree is less then regular degree.

If you are student you need higher degree then give first priority for regular degree because you are in rhythm of study if you will do some hard work then you can complete your degree successfully and weight of your degree also will be higher then other non regular degree.
